Flats

The flats we provide are self-catering apartments and are provided with:

• Fridge, iron and clothes horse
• Bed linen, sheets and blankets
• Cooking facilities and utensils
• access to laundry facilities
• Independent entrance
• Ensuite bathroom

They are fully furnished, within 3 to 30 mins. walk from the school

Flats are ideal for those who prefer to be totally independent at an affordable price. Flats are fully furnished and well equipped with basic facilities.

Studio Flat

Furnished flats are equipped with essentials (cooking utensils). A deposit for damages of €100 must be paid at the beginning of the stay.

Shared Flat

Sicilian flats are usually much more spacious than flats in other countries, hosting the typically large Sicilian families, and are designed primarily for the hot summer months, with stone floors and little or no central heating. IH Palermo has a list of flats that can be shared by one, two or three students or trainees.
